Also guaranteed that the foreclosure land database would provide the most current and accurate information to invest in. Further claimed to provide customers with certificate to the program and that a packet will be forwarded to a mortgage specialist. I haven't seen any evidence of that.
To-date, it's impossible to speak with anyone other than the customer service representative and it just happens to be same person every time. When asked to speak to a manager the Customer Service rep tries to accommodate you on your request. If they were legitimate, the services that they claim to provide would be automatic without a customer having to inquire "what the hell is going on?"
