This company is a classic example of a firm that exaggerates its capabilities, farms their work out, fails to perform and then blames everybody (including their client) and charges extra for it.
Their contracts leave an open end for additional charges to be added after services are provided. You pay for their mistakes, poor planning and faulty product. Contractually, they word it in such a way that you are stuck and on the hook for their bill no matter how unreasonable it is.
If you look at their website and ask them who their clients are, you hear a lot of names. Names that, if you call, they will tell you they work with someone else. Some of the pictures on the website are artist renderings, not real projects that really existed at all. There are pictures from the 1990s on their site as if they were a current client. Lame and deceptive.
They use heavier materials so, in their quote, they estimate costs but they fail to tell you that there are additional fees because the actual weights of these products are grossly understated. These are their properties (they claim), they should know how much they weigh.
