Malpractice of job hunting services ripoff

I hired the services of CTP Enterprises to help me out in the job hunting. They called themselves a job hunting company however, in their contract they stated to be a consulting company that does not guarantee any specific interviews, placement or employment.

They charge a high fee just to provide consulting services for job hunting. However, they do not have a network nor provide leads.
