Trys to sell you a service package and then it takes days for someone to come and fix the problem. How about getting my problem fixed and not worry about getting more money from me

I called for issues on my satelite not working and was told about a service plan that would save me money in the long run. And in the same instance I was told that it would be three days before they could have someone come to my residence and fix the problem. Rip offs always wanting to get more money out of you with less service.
