Suburban Satellite Services was called on by Dish Network to install my Dish Network service in my home. A few weeks later, I had problems with 2 of the channels that I had service. The signal would go out. They came back and fixed it within the 90-day warranty. They told me if I had anymore problems that I can call them first before calling Dish Network.
However, just recently in July I'm having the same problems with the 2 channels. I have called twice Suburban Satellite and they have told me that a dispatcher or tech was going to call me to arrange a time they can fix this problem. But it has been a week now and they have not called me back.
I had to call Dish Network and complain about this. They are getting another company to fix my problem, I having to dish out $25 to fix a problem that Suburban Satellite did not fix permanently!
Those that are in the South Carolina area, when ordering Satellite service, avoid Suburban Satellite. They'll probably do the same to you, not fixing a problem and forgetting about you!
