Poor - time warner cable

Hello, i have been with time warner for bout a month, and since we have had there service it's been one problem after the other. On the first day of getting the service we encountered a problem, the tech that came out totally removed all our equipment that was still working and being used, such as our phone that we had with our existing phone company, the tech took and removed all of that working equipment, and i ask the representative who set up the account to give us a second line, instead they had all of there equipment installed, and then they kept on lying to us telling us that our other phone worked but it didn't and they knew what they had done, and then the tech also cut our dish network satelite wires so that we couldn't watch satelite, and i let them know as well as the tech when he came out that we already had dish so don't bother the satelite. And time warner does not onform you that you have to get a box to view movies and other good channels, with dish we didn't have that problem, two television's work from the same box. Then the tech did not go over what he installed for our home he packed up and left without even trying to show us how to work the equipment. And then send a tech out that barely speaks english no offense, and he sided with time warner saying there was nothing wrong with anything on there end, of course he would do that he work's with them. I have been complaining over and over to time warner i have spoken with several supervisors but no result's, and i was decieved when we got the service, i was told that my bill would we be about $162.00 a mth, but when i call to pay the bill it was $320.00, and they told me that they bill there customer's two months in advanc, well i have a problem with because just like i'm having all these problem's out of time warner who's to say that i want to continue having there service when they don't do a good job at all. When we were with dish network we never encountered these sort of problems at all, and when i tried to pay my bill today with time warner, i was told that my bill had an extra $75.00 on it and i continued to ask were that charge was coming from, but nobody was able to tell me not even a supervisor. And the supervisor told me she had to give me a call back next tuesday, because she need's time to look over my account, but what's to look over time warner is trying to rip us off. I feel that i have been very patient, especially since i was left with no remote or box for my third room that i'm being charged full price for something that i don't have, and there telling me i have to drive way across town to get a box, and i ask for a credit on the bill for not hving full service for that third room i was totally ignored, but there is so much that time warner has put me thru, please help me with this problem, sincerly W.
