Last Thursday I ordered a candy bouquet as a birthday gift for my 87 year old mom's sister. My mom is on hospice and this is likely the last gift she will send her sister. Therefore I ordered it early. It should have shipped and arrived on Wednesday. I paid for two day shipping and cold shipping because it was coming from Tennessee to Texas. When it had nor arrived on Wednesday I called them and they said it shippend Monday and should have been delivered on Tuesday. Called cousin to see if aunt had received... No... Called back to let them know... Candyblast.com said they would have to get with Fed ex and call me back. When they called me back they left me a flippant message telling me Fed Ex would deliver it on Friday. They will not give me a tracking number and now will not answer my calls or emails. So frustrated Bouquet still has not arrived... Terrible terrible cutomer service
