I believe my last email says it all! I never had a reply or received the ordered goods!
Dear Sir or Madam,
Re: Clear Dragon Fly Belly Bar ZS100 - 24.95, Clear Flower Inverted Belly Bar AD82 - 9.25
I have not received a reply to my emails dated 31st July, 1st August and 3rd August regarding the undelivered goods which I ordered from you on 26th July. These emails requested date of dispatch and estimated delivery date. I am once again requesting information as the items have not arrived and there has been no acknowledgement of the emails. Please see original email with proof of order and payment.
I would like a reply as soon as possible so that I know you have received this email. If you do not agree to send the above items or give a full refund, could you please then send me a detailed response saying why?
To avoid taking court action, I am willing to use Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve this problem.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response from you within 48 hours of the date of this email, I intend to issue proceedings against you in the county court without further notice. This may increase your liability for costs.
I refer you to the Practice Direction on pre-action conduct under the Civil Procedure Rules, and in particular to paragraph 4 which sets out the sanctions the court may impose if you fail to comply with the Practice Direction.
I look forward to your acknowledgement.
Yours faithfully
