Repolift.com Misrepresentations, broken promises, and lies. Buyer Beware

Repolift does not have any first hand experience with the equipment they sell RepoLift makes promises that they have no intention of keeping.

Repolift does not honor the representations and promises they make.

Here is an outline of my $40,000 learning experience with this company.

1. They are a broker and do not have possession of the equipment they are selling. Any information they provide about equipment is passed on from a 3rd party.

2. Repolift staff are not forklift experts, they are a an internet/phone sales organization.

3. Repolift does not have sales contracts or agreements. Their process is for the customer to transfer 100% of the funds to Repolifts bank account and then wait for the unit to arrive and hope it is as advertised.

4. I created a contract guaranteeing hour meter accuracy. Rick Norris of Repolift signed these forms

5. One of the forklifts was advertised as having 1,328 hrs use. When received it had 3,376 hrs use. Mark Sandelin the general manager responded Unfortunately we can only represent these units based on hour meter readings and condition reports as presented by our vendors.

6. Rick Norris promised a 10 day max delivery time. Actual delivery time was 28 days. After 14 days I called Rick Norris and found the lifts had not shipped yet. He was very rude and said Its a long way from here to there. Youll get your lifts

7. When the lifts finally arrived they were in a box van trailer. We had to go to a neighboring business to use the loading ramp. The lifts were at the very front of a 45 enclosed trailer and both lifts had dead batteries. It took 2 hours to get the lifts out of the trailer.

My advice is that if you find a lift on their site you are interested in, request an inspection report on the lift. They will ask you if you are interested in buying the lift, TELL THEM NO. If you tell them yes they will put a hold on it with the vendor and you will loose direct access. Perform a Google search on the serial number of the lift and you will find who actually owns/possesses the lift. Deal with that entity directly.
