Stole $10.5k from me. Six months, no delivery, fake promises. Major league scam

You are not alone. I've been ripped-off for $10,500 by Superior Lift, Inc. (www.superlifts.com) I inquired about the XLT900 LIFT in Jan. 2009. After my initial conversation I was called weekly by Scott Miller, Superior Lifts, Inc salesman, for one month as a follow-up to their quote.in Feb. 2009 he called with a One Time Manager Offer due to the slow economy. We agreed on a price & he requested a good faith deposit of $5,500 to begin the fabrication process. Delivery was scheduled for 5-6 weeks with a balance due at installation. After rescheduling installation dates several times, I received a call from Keith Goolsby, stating that he is the owner of Superior Lift, Inc. He indicated he would drop the price if I could pay the balance to him today (5/25/09). He said the economy is tough, he needs to close this deal because he's building a new house, and his wife is a stay at home mom with young children's. I told him my credit card company had reduced my credit limit, he asked How much is available? I told him $5,000. He said that should be enough to close the deal. He also left his cell phone (417) 224-2348, and to give him a call if I have any other questions. This cell phone number is no longer in service.
I have been very aggressive contacting Superior Lifts, Inc (superlifts.com) an update on the lift. Scott Miller answers the company phone (800) 218-7036 each time stating IT IS A GREAT DATE AT SUPERIOR LIFT. Once I identify myself and request an update, he would ask CAN I GET YOUR NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER AND I'LL HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK WITH YOU? Two weeks later, I received a call from Jim Fiddler identifying himself as the General Manager. He said he was not familiar with the matter but would look into it. Jim Fiddler called back later in the same week stating that I'M AT THE TOP OF THE LIST and INSTALLATION IS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 20. As of last week no one at Superior Lifts, Inc. Www.superlifts.com) is willing to discuss my order or a refund. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, unfortunately the deposit amount has pasted the credit company's dispute policy period, and the other amount of $5,000 is being investigating.in the meantime I'm missing $10,500. This is a SCAM. BEWARE if you call Superior Lift, Inc. (superlifts.com) 1 (800) 218-7036 and someone answers the phone stating IT IS A GREAT DATE AT SUPERIOR LIFT. You will get ripped off and it will not be a good day for you.in addition to my credit card company I've reported Superior Lifts, Inc. (www.superlifts.com) to the Better Business Bureau, Aurora, Mo Chambers of Commerce and the Small Business Association. Don't get RIPPED OFF, STAY AWAY.
Thank you,
Coronet
