Well this is not the first problem I've had with Verizon but only the most recent one. After recieving a $500 bill from Verizon Wireless I went over it with a fine tooth comb and relized I was being charged for a game I had downloaded from their site that was connecting regularly. Although I knew the game was connecting I assumed that was what the monthly fee I was paying was supposed to cover. Every time this game transmitted data for a fraction of a second I was charged a minute. Their was absolutely no disclaimer saying minutes would be used and had I known I never would have used this service. After talking to the service rep I was told that all charges were valid and nothing would be done. Now they want me to pay $500 for a stupid game.
