I took my computer into best buy to get some stuff installed and the next thing I new they had broke my computer and said they couldn't fix it unless I paid then $197.00. But when I got it home and pulled it in it said that they had disabled all ports.
So the next day we went into best buy to buy a new pc and we got one and they didn't have the monitor we paid for so they said they had to order us one and they gave us a date and we went back in there on that date and they didn't have are monitor. So they told us that they were going to overnight us a monitor to are house.
But of course the damn thing never got here so I called and went in there the next day and the bastards told me that they were going to give me some used beat up monitor from there shell in a box that wasn't even for a monitor.
So then they told me that they wouldn't be getting my monitor in for 6 months which my thought is if you don't have the damn monitor then don't try to sell me shit you don't have!!! So then they gave me $10.00 off a new monitor that I had to pay more for!!!
So then they offered to fix my pc that the broke when I started bitching about the damn thing!!! So then I got my broken PC back and now they had fried my inter net card so they said they put a new one back in and I paid for it but never got the damn thing so then I go pick up this disk that they said went to my inter net card which did not.
So I went back in there that night that I got the damn disk that didn't work and some of the stupid f*ing managers started calling me a liar in front of employees and customers which I thought was wrong so I started yelling back and the main manager of the store the next day I went in called me a liar said that his employees don't treat peeps like that which is a damn LIE.
But my thought honestly is if you want customers to come back don't treat them like shit and don't sell shit that you don't have and don't try to sell shit thats all broke and don't break peoples shit and try to make them pay for something that you broke!!!
My thought is I think I should of got some thing out of this damn thing 2 weeks straight of going to this stupid store were peeps are rude.
