I bought a bike for my wife, in pueblo store. Had nothing but trouble with this purchase, including 2 flat tires causing my wife to fall while riding. Had it for 5 weeks, which was beyond the 30 day return limit. Tired to get money back, as i had replaced it with a better bike, from a better store. Since i am unable to write directly to your CEO, this seems to be the best alternative. I expect to hear nothing back from you, and will someday, most likely just drop off this piece of junk at the store.
