I ordered an autographed Deion Sanders jersey for my husband and had it express shipped for receipt by Father's Day from Sportsmemorabilia.com and in turn received a Philadelphia Eagles helmet. I opened the package at 5:03 pm central time on Friday, June 15 and their office was already closed; therefore, I had to wait until the 18th to contact them. The representative on the phone, Ingrid, sent me a shipping label to mail the helmet back, which I did so. They received the helmet back at their facility on June 22 (per tracking info on UPS). I contacted sportsmemorabilia.com today (7/1) to inquire the whereabouts of my Deion Sanders Jersey and the representative stated that it was no where to be found. He wasn't sure where it was. Their tracking stated that it hadn't moved from the UPS facility at all? All I want is a complete refund. This is ridiculous. Please help me. These people are giving me the run around and I will not let this go. Not only has this taken my time, I am now scared to death to order anything online again. This is ridiculous. These people need to be stopped. I've contacted the NY BBB and the Attorney General of the State of Texas. These people need to be stopped!!!
