Ripoff fraudulent billing charged my card did not send my merchandise

I ordered my first jersey recieved it with no problem i ordered a deion sanders jersey and have not recieved it its been 3 weeks now no money no jerseys no one to answer my questions about my merchandise i you need money that bad you should try earning and honest living i wnat my merchadise or my mone a.S.A.P.!!!
