This is the last time i will every go to the Norwalk Dunkin Donuts on Westport Ave they never get the order right this morning was the last straw going in the Drive thru _Yes can i have small hazelnut ice coffee extra lite with cream 2 splenda, she comes back to comfirm "small hazelnut lite with MILK 2 splenda? NO NO not MILK cream, i get to the window and it is a Med Hot coffee, i say No NO i said Ice she yells to the back to re-order Med Ice french vanillia with skim Milk WHAT? Told her to just forget it and i left. And this happen to be a girl with a different shirt on Manager? I;m not sure. This is not the first time, most of the time i have go in to just to make sure my order is right, I've have left to place and then taken a sip to and have no clue what i'm drinking so many times i've had to turn around go back in and get a new one, I also work in Retail and i can understand that sometimes mistakes are made and I've been pretty patience, but these people that work the morning shift there are just not getting it, i have to say the night crew there i have never had a problem with my order, I have a Mcdonalds close buy they are cheaper so i'll just go there in the Mornings
