Coffee was burnt, probably bottom of the pot. I asked for splenda, they gave me another sugar substitute without telling me. My wife had a bagel that tasted like bleach, probably didn't rinse the mixing bowl well after cleaning. I go to Dunkin Donuts often but this was my first time to this one (it's fairly new), but my experiences are becoming worse daily. Long lines, incorrect orders, etc. Panera Bread is starting to sound pretty good to me.
