I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Dolson Avenue in Middletown, New York last night and was very disappointed. The girls at the counter were very slow waiting on customers and were more interested in playing with their hair (ugh - considering they are serving food and drinks) than waiting on people. We asked for senior discounts or free small coffee but they said they did not do that even though we just received a sheet saying Dunkin Donuts gives a small free coffee or 10% discount to people over 55. We purchased three coffees, a hot chocolate and four donuts. The donuts were old and hard and the hot chocolate I had to bring back because all it was was hot colored water. They told me the machine doesn't work right and tried to give me another which as also hot colored water. They did not ask if I wanted a refund but suggested I get a coffee which was much cheaper and I did not want. I will not go to Dunkin Donuts again after being ripped off and hires young workers who have no idea what they are doing.
