I respect each and everyone of you, but some of these complaints are ridiculous. Do you all realize how many people go to dunkin donuts every single day at the same exact time? You cant expect EVERYTHING to be perfect EVERY time when there's legitimately 100 people that come in (including drive through) within one hour. Okay, dunkin donuts has liquid sugar, but they use it for sweet tea. Not coffee. You cannot complain about there not bein enough donuts. Most dunkin donuts do not make their donuts anymore they get them shipped in, so its not their fault if they run out of a specific kind. I DO agree with some of you that it is ridiculous if workers are not kind or clean, but if you are sitting there SCREAMING in their face because they didnt put 16 splenda in your coffee and only put 15, you can expect a little tension. NOT rudeness, but tension & confusion. & really if you say an order like "umm hi can i get a large ice coffee with 7 splenda, skim milk, a shot of coconut, half shot of french vanilla and a turbo shot... Ummm no actually let me cancel that and get a large hot coffee with 8 sugars 4 creams and 4 turbo shots." whole time... They already made the first thing u ordered and now they are throwing it out to make your new coffee. And then u complain about them being too slow... Its like MAYBEE they arent the ones being hard to deal with... Believe me. They ARE people too. They arent super human. Cut them some slack. Just saying. & a regular dunkin donuts customer.
