My garage door cable came loose and when I went to close the door it came off its track. This company installed the door just over a year ago. I called them to fix the door and they were prompt. My negative rating is due to the price charged. The service man said it would be tough to fix. He quoted $417 dollars. Without hesitating he said he would knock off $99 because I was a repeat customer. I could not get my cars out of the garage so I agreed to the price because I did not have the time to call other companies. He started at 10:30 and finished at 11:05,35 minutes. I questioned him why he said it was a major job and that $318 for a 35 minute repair with no parts was highway robbery. His response was he did not set the prices. He then said he was going to be questioned why he gave me $99 off. The work was fine but the price is unjust.
