If you enjoy working for free OPK Telemarketing is the company to work for. If you enjoy working for rude and verbally abusive people these are the people that you would want to work for. I started working for OPK Telemarketing in April. It was absolutely the worst experience of my life. When they sign you on as a contractor they tell you how great the company is to work for that the training is unlimited they will work with you and help you with any thing you dont understand WRONG!!! They point fingers and those fingers of blame always fall on the contractor EXAMPLE: Their computer system LEAD MASTER is faulty I sent my PM or manager a appointment. To have her come back and accuse me of working for another company under an alias. Because some where in between me hitting the send button on the appointment email it stole another companys lead and sent it to my PM or manager. I was accused by the manager of working under a bogus name.
Not only is the system faulty 98% of all contact information in their data base is wrong! The person listed to contact doesnt even exist!!! So now you are at a disadvantage on time and updating information and trying to find out who you need to talk to, to even begin to get appointments set! They expect over 20 dials to companys in a hour unrealistic, and if you fall short on those callls they fire you. I couldn't believe the stress I endured because of this company. Same week as that happening with me being accused of working under an alias, I was scheduled to work 3 different accounts. I had to train on all before I could even start. They sent my schedule out on Sunday night Monday morning. I completed 2 of the 3 campaigns the training they did at their leisure, So depending on what time they called determined when you would be able to start. Some times the managers didnt call till 1 or 4 pm EST to train. Which meant i would loose a whole day of being able to start working. The one campaign that I didn't complete that week because I had no time left to complete it because we didnt train on it till thursday afternoon. The script was not ready till then. I was fired for not completing the 1 campaing even after the manager Raina advised me and the other girl I trained with that because of how late it was finished in the week and the fact the script was not ready when it should of been we didnt have to worry about doing it if we couldnt. And that she would take full responsibility for the hours not being completed. Well thank you Raina for taking the full responsibility which you didnt. Honestly you did me a favor because I had already spoke with my hubby. I was going to quit any how.
Their training entails the manager calling you up and reading a script to you OK well It could read a script myself!!! How is reading a script to you training you ~ Leaves alot to be desired where training is concerned and when you dont understand some thing or have a question you can call them to only get a voice mail and then emails wow i could post all the emails on them telling me I needed to do something this way instead of the way I was doing it ok email them back to get no response and last pay I never recieved so I guess ya could say I worked a week for free YAY not. Do not work for this company its like the blind leading the blind your questions never get an answer then you get accused of things that you havent done and when they fired me they didnt even tell me I was fired for a week they fired me due to me not completing hours on a account I was told not to worry about doing they gave me 0 hours and strung me along for a week and then told me i wasnt a good fit for them wow i believe i have heard that some where before on here I have posted on their facebook wall I would like to know where my last pay is for them to delete my comment and not responde and block my page just as all my emails to them on where is my last pay have went unanswered. So with that being said "BEWARE" of this company generally if it sounds to good to be true it is:)
