After an very short haircut (the kind that makes your stomach turn and the tears well), I called, and in a very polite and courteous way, told the owner of my dismay. He first told me that he needed see it so that he could decide if HE thought it was a bad haircut! When I told him nothing that could be done to "fix" my hair (you can't put it back on), that I had just wanted to let him know, he went on the attack. He stated that if it really affected him every time a customer was unhappy, he would not have been in business for 25 years.
I was floored at this point. The conversation ended with him telling me it was my problem, and hanging up on me. I am the type of person who never wants to hurt anyone's feelings, so I very rarely complain when things are not done right, however, I was VERY unhappy with the cut. All that I really wanted was a simple apology, but could not even elicit that with this unreasonable man. Along with filing a complaint here, I have also filed a complaint with mall management.
