Called for an appointment and stated I needed a haircut and wanted someone who could do a good job. Made the appointment with Renee.
Past experience has taught me that if the hairdresser's hair looks bad then your hair will look bad. I should have learned my lesson when Cynthia cut my hair at this same salon (Cynthia had bad hair and smelled like an ashtray). However I chose not to listen to my instincts.
Sure enough, Renee immediately lopped off my sideburns - one side is shorter than the other by 1/4 inch. My bangs are 1" above my eyebrows and one side of my short haircut is 1/4 inch longer than the other side. There are areas of this layered haircut that she "missed". This stylist had bad hair and also smelled like cigarettes but not as bad as Cynthia.
Where do they get these people?
When I called to complain I was told by the manager that I could come back and let Renee have another go at it. I guess she was going to learn how to cut hair overnight. I just didn't show for the appointment. I didn't want it to get worse.
I won't go back. I will tell my friends not to go. They have classed themselves with Supercuts, Wondercuts and the lower level salons.
Thanks for nothing. - and they get to keep my money.
