Hair stylist gave me the worst haircut of my life. I called and wrote the manager, Heather, a letter explaining why I wanted a refund on the haircut, but she ignored me. I had to go to another salon to get the cut fixed, which cost me more money on top of the $50 haircut from Andrew James Salon. I want my money back for the worst haircut and customer service I've ever received.
