I went with my four kids and wife to this hotel because we were tired of looking for a place to sleep without luck. It was almost midnight and all the hotels around were no vacancy. When we found the hotel it was a little strange to see it empty but since we were so tired and hopeless we decide to get a room.
The person at the front was very rude he charge me $58 dollars for the night it was not bad, but when we enter in to the room, it was disgusting. It had two beds but they were dirty and they have just two blankets on each one. On one of them had blood stains, the bathroom didn’t have hot water, the door did not have a lock and the carpet was in such a bad condition that you could see through the dirty floor also the walls had holes on them. It was a very bad nightmare never seen a thing like that in my life.
My wife decides not put the kids on the bed. She was rally concern about the bad condition of this place; when we were talking what to do; we found bugs on the bed so we kept looking and found roaches, fleas and a big spider beside the bed no telephone at all and a second door in the room that was lock in for the other side. My wife start crying and I decided take my family to the car and wait for me while I went back to talk to de manager but for my surprise it was the very same people who check me in. I explained him what I was just found on the room and he were acting that he couldn’t understand what I was saying. He didn’t want to refund my money so I stood there until he just gave me $23.00 out of the $58 that he charge me like just 10 minutes before.
This was such a bad experience for us and I please ask you to do something about it, because this time we had enough money to go to another hotel that it was so much better than this one but very far from our destination. I do not know what could happen if we could not effort another hotel room. Please do something about it for the safety of the kids and families. People do not deserve such a bad treat for the safety of the kids and families.
