Rebecca Bowers is the store director at the Broomfield, Colorado store. She is a terrible manager that hires only girls that are 20-25 so she can manipulate them and pay them next to nothing. There are seasoned staff (three women in particular, all over 40 years old) who have been there for 6 years and she has diminished their hours to next to nothing. One of them has actually left the company from the lies she spawned about her to other store directors. Rebecca will tell you whatever she knows you want to hear and then behind your back she will gossip and set you up to hurt you and lead you to failure. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing and has almost everyone fooled. She promotoes girls with no managment experience, steals your ideas, cuts your hours, gives empty promises and even knowingly allows one of her managers to smoke pot in the parking lot on her breaks. She is completely crazy and does not deserve her position nor to have control over destroying the career potential of any Sephora staff. The good news is that although it may appear she has "won", our dear Lord sees and hears all and she will be judged for all her evil ways.
