I went to purchase a battery, which I received in a week. It made my phone start acting strange.
Returned to find out what the problem was. Was told that I just needed to buy a new phone.
I was told that the new phone and new calling plan was exactly the same or better than my current phone.
It was not better, and the calling plan was less 100 minutes.
Was treated rudely by their manager. Received a bill for over $400.00 which had been around $60.00 before this.
Paid them $200.00 and discontinued my service due to their breach of contract.
Now they are harrassing me on the phone at my home.
