Signed contract and was told monthly bill would be 29.99,3 months after that bill was raised to 38.00 for the same plan without my knowledge. Tried to change plans and was told not allowed to.
Charged to my bill roaming fees for calls supposedly in my calling area. Was told I could use the phone where I live and that was a lie, cannot use it from home (and half the county). Unwilling to cooperate to fix the problem. Rude customer service representatives.
