I called in 2-3 times and spoke to a few different people to see if I can get an order shipped overnight and delivered by my husbands birthday. All the people I spoke to had the same answer "can I call you back with that information" or "let me call my warehouse and check" none of them got back to me. I called one last time and got gessin on the phone and asked him for a manager to answer my question. He asked if he got try and help first I reluctantly told him that I needs a red wings signed mask. Not only did he provide me a discount but he had my order delivered a day before I needed it. I will recommend him to anyone that is interested in getting it right the first time. Thanks Gessin!?!!?!
