Upon moving out; notice to leave provided, little house was cleaned very well, window sills washed, blinds washed, shelves wiped, mirrors cleaned, refrigerator washed, cabinets wiped down, carpets maticulously shampooed and cleaned, the garage swept-out. However, several weeks after moving out there were false billing charges sent.
Completed house lease of over 1 1/2 years.
Normal-wear should be to paint or at least touch-up the interior. (chapman property) charged for this.
Minor things like replacing smoke detector batteries, door stops were charged.
Total bill just over $1200. Minus deposit equaling a bill of several hundred dollars.
This is from a company that had no complaints during renting and out of the blue received their letter of bills.
Can anyone be trusted?
