Beware of renting from this company, we rented a house from them for 10 months, when we first moved in there were alot of damages to the house and alot of wear and tear from the previous renters or tenants. We did a thorough walk through and the agent acted like she made notes of everything and let us know that the condition of the house was not in the best shape. We also took some pictures for our records. When we moved out we had the house professionally cleaned and the carpets cleaned and assumed we would get our deposit back as soon as this was taken care of. This is where the problems began as soon as I asked for my deposit back they became hostile and told us that the property was not the way it was when we moved in they gave us a list of items to do and we did those, then about 3 weeks after we had already moved out they sent us another list of things to do and said that they would take it out of our deposit. I let them know what condition the house was in when we moved in and had documentation on some the items that were already damaged or worn. We are still fighting to get our deposit back and we have had no response from the owner only different employees saying that they are working on it. This company seems very helpful and respectful of tenants when they are signing the lease and moving in but now that we are out we have had nothing but problems dealing with them. Beware if you are renting from them and if you do take pictures of everything inside drawers, marking on the walls, any carpet wearing, dust on anything, air vents etc. They wil try to make you responsible for everything from previous tenants otherwise and take as much ou your deposit as they can. This is a warning I would try to rent from other agencies rather than this one if you can help it.
