I ordered flowers for same day delivery.By 2 the flowers weren't delivered. I called back and requested an email confirmation. Fine.By 530 no confirmation. Call them again. Delivery was attempted. I asked why didn't you leave them. They said I never requested that and that the weather was bad that day!!! I was boiling! But rest assure that the florest leaves a note in the door stating that there is flowers coming, which i came to find out later that the florest never left the note! Next day I called again. This time they gave me the number to the florest to call. I said then what do you do? Well the flowers were finally delivered and I still don't have an email confirmation. Never again!
