I rented a house from these people which was dirty when I moved in. I received orders to Afghanistan and set a move out date. They refused to do the inspection until after the date of my departure. I had the place professionally cleaned by the same company 5 Star Properties Inc used for cleaning or repairs. Once I was in afghanistan I never recieved my deposit for 800.instead I recieved a bill for an addtional 775 for a window that was cracked at the very top corner on the outside which was there when I moved there also for stains in the garage which was there when I moved there. I never parked anything in that garage at all. I recommend anyone and everyone to avoid these people. Even the Cleaning and repair company boycotted them for there unfair and unjust practices. So now they reported me as negative on my rental history and credit report. And mind you they never replaced the window or cleaned the garage.
