I ordered a nursing resume on May 1st from resumes-for-nurses.com and it was delivered to my inbox in just 3 days. However, it had grammatical and capitalization errors. It incorrectly listed my credentials in two places. Medical terminology was used incorrectly.
I used a link on the website to email Gabrielle, the supposed writer of my resume, requesting corrections. 2 days later, when I got no email response, I called the 800 number. The person answering the phone could only tell me the writers are always very busy. She could not say if my request had been received or if it was even being worked on.
May 7th I used the link again to write another direct email to my resume writer asking for an update. Its now May 14th and I have heard nothing.
