I submitted an order to have a resume created for me along with my current resume since it had my previous work history on there.
First the Formatting of the resume I received was not even considered "Professional" formatting, Sean Novick the writer did nothing more than copy paste the info. I submitted into my original resume and changed some wording creating a resume for an admin. Job! I Specifically stated I wanted my analytical skills emphasized and that I was looking for an analyst job but that it also did not have to be limited to that. I currently do analyst functions and it was never once mentioned in the resume! I emailed him back stating that I was not happy with the resume and that I wanted it redone.
His first reply was 2-3 days, after the third day I asked where the resume was and he stated again 2-3 days. It took a total of 3 weeks to get a "revised" version, and even at that it was nothing but new formatting... Worst online service I have ever received! For $90.00 next time I will use Guru.com!!!
