Scam Hoax Rip-off Pathetic Resumes Makati City Internet

This is the email I sent after I received my pathetic resume:

Kirsten Miller and whom else it may concern,
This resume that I received has a nice format, different than my original. Other than that, it is not worth $115. Did anyone even proofread this?

1. I never worked for "CARE SOUTH OF CRISP REGIONAL HOSPITAL Cordele, Georgia". Where did that come from?

2. There were 3 bulleted headings under the Tech. Lib. Asst. Position and none of them had anything remotely to do with my job, such as a $2 million dollar budget, administration planning, etc.

3. There is a passage about me translating manuscripts from Spanish. I never indicated in any of my materials that I served as a translator.

4. My college graduation date is listed as 2006 instead of 1998.

5. Under The Final Sprint staff writer duties, you write "done some editing work." I did not pay $115 for a so-called professional resume writer to come up with such meaningless terminology. This is the kind of vague, unprofessional writing you are being paid to correct.

6.in the awards/honors section, you incorrectly group together my literacy tutor certification from 2007 with a first place essay contest win from the 1992. Then you use the phrase "first placer."

7.in the volunteer field, somehow you have input involvement with the Texas Nursing Association. My resume has NOTHING to do with being a nurse.

8.in the summary section, you say something about building and leading tams. That would give a false impression to a potential employer. I have no such experience nor did I imply that I did.

9. The dates are wrong for my times spent as a Tech. Lib. Asst.

10. The first sentence under my Copy Editor heading is full of numerous typos.

I am more than dissatisfied and disappointed. This work is unacceptable. If I worked for a company that accepted this low quality of work as the standard for my business, I would be utterly embarrassed. I only took the time to list ten errors but there were plenty more. This resume is rife with typos and grammatical inconsistencies. Your company claims to create resumes that stand out from the crowd; well mine would only stand out for its absurdity. I could never actually submit this resume and retain any sense of dignity or professionalism.

I am stunned that this product actually took over a week to be created. It seems like it was done in 5 minutes while just pulling jargon from templates. No one proofread this. No one even ran this through a spell checker. No one looked this over to make sure it made any sense. I was hoping that $100 would give me a resume somewhat better than the original I submitted. I was mistaken. I would never ever submit this resume to a potential employer and actually think I might be called for an interview. A potential employer would laugh at me and then throw this in the garbage, because that's where this belongs.

At this point I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. I received the same run around as others regarding the refund less the 25% fee.

I believe this is not bad business but a scam.
