Horrible "company" to deal with. All they do is back talk, and not stand by their warranty claims. You have one chance to communicate with their customer service AFTER that you become one of the nameless victims I have been reading about on the internet today - and there are MANY!
They failed to re-write a sub par federal resume upon request.
Here is their final word right from the email I just got.

The response said that I failed, not them and that I need to do strong KSA's (BTW the government does NOT use KSA's anymore). And that I failed to give a job description of my present position, I'M UNEMPLOYED, that's the job description.
There are no options to recontact them on any particular issue - and you can make only one request before they ignore you. They suck.
Go else where! Research them! Read, read, read, then stay away.
They RESUMES are farmed out to foreign countries as well. My writer was from India, where else right.
