On Tuesday May 7th I places an order on line for and item I wanted to purchase for Mother's Day. I used the option 2 day shipping to insure that the item would be received in time for Mother's Day. I received and email conformation of my order along with a receipt for the purchase. The email further explained that the item would be processed on Wednesday the 8th and shipped.

On Friday May 10th I received a call from some random Indian Call Center and was informed of the following:

1) My item had not in fact shipped
2) They would only ship to my home address

When I asked the random Indian Call Center rep who called himself Tom (yeah okay) why he would/could not offer an explanation. I told him that the item was purchased for Mother's Day and seeing how it was Friday (two days before Mother's Day) I assumed the item would in fact not be received in time for Mother's Day.

I asked him to cancel the order and informed him I would make a purchase at a local venue.

On Monday May 14th I received an email stating my item had shipped, with no other indications of my conversations with the random Indian Call Center rep (Tom, yeah okay).

Here is the copy of the letter I sent out to them:

I am creating a report for usacomplaints.com about your company. Additionally, I have filled a complaint with the BBB also with the Attorney Generals office.

I will never again purchase from your company. Additionally I will make it my goal to inform others of the bad customer service and fraudulent practices of your company.

I purchased this item for MOTHERS DAY last Tuesday with 2 day shipping to insure its timely receipt.

On Friday I received a call from some random Indian (with very limited English skills) telling me they could not ship my item to the address specified, but offering no reasoning behind this.

1) Why did it take 3 days to contact me with a possible problem?
2) Why could they not ship to the address I provided?

This I am still awaiting answers on.

Due to the incompetence of your company, I had to scramble for another gift on Saturday. This item WILL IN FACT BE RETURNED and again I will NEVER again shop with your company.

In closing please do not send me any further correspondence. Consider my account closed.

Youre CROOKS and will be exposed to the best of my abilities with the assets at hand.

This company should be exposed for the bait and switch tactics and lack of professionalism in regards to delivering on promised merchandise in a timely manner. Even if there were an issue with the order why did it take 3 days to contact me back to resolve. It's simply ridiculous and unacceptable.

Stay away from JTV, or regret it like I am now!
