I ordered mothers day flowers for my 86 year old mother who lives 480 miles away in a nursing home. At 5pm on saturday night i was sent an email that the order was canceled because the local florist "sold out" of the item i wanted. Call me? No, substitute another item? No, leaving my elderly mother with nothing for mother day? Big fat yes. With so many florists on line, keep shopping
