OK well i am not a customer of this company but one of my co workers is. I was in the room while he attempted to call this company based in san jose. Or where ever they claim to be. I listened while Teresa our young grad wannabe who might need to take some law classes before she has a degree thats no good behind bars. She was unable to answer any questions. Every question asked he was placed on hold and replied with no answer.
He initially asked to talk to rosemary (you know the dimwit who called everyone stupid for signing a contract that THE COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW!) He was told she was not there. When asked to speak with the manager he was told no the manager does not speak on the phone with customers. Yeah great business tactics. Now later on rosemary had picked up the phone from hold about an hour after being on the phone just simply trying to locate his belongings. Teresa said that it would be in Virginia by tomorrow. Rosemary later said it was already in virginia. What kind of no good idiots work there if you're trying to be slick and scam people you might as well have the sense to cover your tracks. It has been 17 days and my co worker has not recieved his belongings still and the entire staff is absolutely mind numbingly clueless. Especially to be employed with an illegal company thinking they wont be charged as accesorries. I have my self contacted local authorities. And im not even a customer thank god! Talk abuot poor customer service and BAD business.
Get a clue. I'm sure with every customer being completely unsatisfied and not having anyone happy with their poor excuse for service that this company will just simply change their name and move elsewhere. It's people like this that make the world a crappy place to stay in. Teresa i hope you wise up because degree or not your not very smart no matter how big your silly paycheck it wont be enough to post your bail. Rosemary you are the most ignorant so called" professional" I have ever heard of. YOu think they are stupid for signing a contract with FRAUDS? No you are stupid thinking that this company would last long before it is taken care of legally and you will also get your come uppins because you obviously depends this company.
It would be the other way around if you were tricked and raped of your money and time. Have some common decency towards people then maybe you can relate on a human level and not some ignorant b*tch who doesnt care how many people get ripped off as long as your getting paid well you have another thing coming honey! Im sure you have read the tons and tons of complaints. Lucky my husband works for a tv station. They will be making this more publically aware so good luck trying to scam people in the future! I am shocked and I am not even a customer thats pretty bad. I feel sorry for you "people"!
