This is a lie!!! She will tell you that she is tired. She is "ready to slow down". She is ready to retire. Don't believe her!!! This is a lie!!!
She will tell you when she hires you that she "doesn't want just a body" to fill the office. This is a lie too! Those are the exact words she used with me, when she hired me. Real estate agents are basically self employed, so they can come and go as they please. Not with betty hunter!
So i was fired for not coming to work on time, and a bunch of other trumped up charges. She also doesn't follow her own office policy manuel. If she is going to fire you, she is suppose to give you a written 7 day notice. She didn't.
She likes to surround herself with sales people, because it makes her look important. She wants you to dedicate your life to real estate or you get the ax! If she cannot control you, you are out the door!
She has been in real estate 30 plus years and she is probably a million or gazillonaire. She cannot seem to keep agents because, depending on the year and how many kids you have to feed, she will funnell all the business to you. The other agents will get nothing and it seems that all she has you around for, is to answer the phone for her top agent.
Also, you don't want to buy real estate from this company. They continually discriminate when screening for renters, for apts and homes. They discriminate, but you don't realize it. You probably wouldn't know it, when they are screening you. When it comes to betty hunter herself; if she thinks or realizes that you have no money, she really doesn't want to do business with you.
This woman has two faces - you can tell she is lying - her lips are moving!!! And this woman and her office has the """""realtor"""", designation. They say that a realtor is a cut above any real estate salesperson.
This is in the same category as the better business bureau. I have noticed in all these bad business reports that people are not too fond of the better business bureau. They seem to protect you, if you are a member. I would say the same for realtors. You pay 4 or 5 hundred bucks per year, and you wear a halo! Remember the woman with two faces. (to be continued!)
