He lies and says he is a real estate agent and he is NOT licensed in Texas or any where else, meaning if you deal with him on the sale of your home, you are NOT covered the way you would be if you used a licensed Texas Real Estate agent. He is merely an investor and you will not be protected from being scammed by him.
There are licensed, legitimate real estate agents that can help you with your home, where you are trying to avoid a short sale or foreclosure. Licensed agents are held to the highest legal and ethical standards, unlike scammers like this man!
