My order for six Tommy Bahama chairs was canceled by mercantila.com because their website had a pricing error on it instead of them just sending me the chairs and changing their price afterward. The company didn't even try to offer any kind of compensation for my disappointment or inconvenience. Talk about poor customer service!!
