We ordered a table and four chairs. Feb. 4th 2010. Received damaged goods and reported this. We are missing a pedestal table and chairs. Nothing delivered as of this date Feb. 18th 2010. Many calls and long waits have led to being hung up on.
So much for the we respond on the same business day. We no longer want to do business with this company. Our charge card was over charged. Now each on line contact requires us to agree with a refund policy to get through to them.
We are not paying over 1600.00 for this set. Wish a supervisor would call.
