I purchased a table from Mercantila.com. The description of the item was 6 leather chairs and a circle table with leaf. I contacted the company to get dimensions of the table, and to confirm price. I was told that the price was correct. I order the item via credit card. My card was charge, and it was processed through their side, and item shipped. The box arrived and it was not the correct item. I contacted the company who said they will either credit me back 150 to cover over charge of the chairs received. Or pay another $415.80 to get the actual item ordered. This is considered a bait-and-switch. I've submitted a complaint with the BBB, and also reported it as an internet crime to the FBI.
