I ordered table linens for my daughter's wedding. There was no phone number on the website so it was difficult in communicating to get help but I followed the guidelines listed on the website. When I got the order, the tablecloths and gold organza overlays came wrapped in a flimsy plastic cellophane with a tiny, tiny white sticker on the package with barely readable text.

When I opened the box, there was not an order summary or sheet of paper identifying what they had sent me. I opened up a few-maybe 2 tablecloths and maybe 2 gold overlays before I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. I had no idea which tablecloth was which since since I did not get an order summary with the package and the tiny white tags were barely readable.

I opened up a chat window online - there is no other way to communicate - and after much typing figured out the right size of linen to order. I was instructed to return everything and then to reorder. I explained that I had opened up the linens and was told to return them anyway and that it would be okay. I was also given a link to return instructions. It does clearly state that they do not take back items that have been opened.

This is ridiculous since how are we supposed to know that we have the wrong size if we do not open the package. It is so easy to order the wrong size table linen especially since they do not offer phone servicve for customers. I returned everything promptly and reordered in Ivory. YA YA E FAVORMART only credited back my credit card $128 out of the $428 dollars of items that I returned. They are criminal. I have tried to communicate with them on a number of times and they refuse to credit my account for the items returned. They state that they never received my package and that some items could not be sold because they had been opened.

This is ridiculous. I returned everything promptly and in perfect condition. Furthermore, some of the gold overlays that I received had black smudge marks which I overlooked. So they have alot of nerve telling me that they will not take back an item that has been opened when a few of their gold overlays had black dirty smudges on them. Especially since their wrapping is a thin piece of cellophane and barely marked with a tiny white tag that is barely readable.

I reordered everything in Ivory and my daughter's wedding was weeks later. I never used the tablecloths even though a few of them were returned out of the package. This company is a joke! They have no phone number. They lie when they say that they will return your money. It is impossible to get a hold of them. They lie when they tell you that they have never received your package. I have proof and a signature that they did sign for my returns.

I paid for the shipping to return the items. I should have just kept the items and would have been better off. I have contacted the Attorney General, their local better business bureau, city attorney and the local chamber of commerce with my valid complaint. This company must be stopped from stealing from their customers. They are not honest and are conducting fraudulent activity. Do not buy from YA YA E FAVORMART!
