This company actually has two addresses according to the Better Business Bureau. The second address is: 110 W Graham Ave, Hempstead, NY 11550. Here is the report I filed with the Better Business Bureau:
Ordered product on line from this company on December 4. One item received was the wrong size and the other item was tattered and in very poor condition. I returned the items "return receipt" with signature on 1/3/08. The package was received and signed for by a representative of classiccloseouts on January 14 (S. Smith). I had not heard back regarding my refund so emailed the company through the company's web site on 1/28/08. I received a response saying that the payment had just been processed and to wait a few business days for my credit card to be credited. I still had not seen credit to my credit card account on 2/14/08, so I responded to them again inquiring about my refund and asking them to credit my credit card. I received a response saying that it had just been processed and to wait a few more days for the credit to show up on my credit card account. No credit had been issued on 3/1/08 so I e-mailed again, this time threatening to file a complaint. As of today 3/4/08, I have not heard back from them, nor have I received the credit to my credit card account.
