I ordered ornaments for my Christmas tree from Michele Sprague also know as paintingbymichele, she works through esty. I paid 10.00 an ornament and they looked rushed and the quality was awful. She offered for me to return them and didn't follow through on her end and esty won't do anything to help me return them and get my 120.00 refund.
