My wife sent in a payment for two of the Keepsake collection ornaments back in October. Hallmark cashed the check November First.By December 12th, no ornaments had been received so the Hallmark company was contacted. The representative stated that the ornaments would be sent but probably would not be received by Christmas.
After the first of January, a local Hallmark representative was contacted. She stated that she contacted the company and that there were no more ornaments left but our money would be refunded.
My wife has spoken with Representatives from Hallmark several times since then, it is now February 13th and our money has still not been refunded.
These ornaments were supposed to be a limited edition available only in limited quantities to Keepsake members. However, many of these are selling on ebay.com at two to three times the original cost, many from the same seller. We ended up purchasing the two ornaments that should have cost us $25, but due to the mark up it cost us over $70 with shipping and handling.
