Always fight these unethical attorneys in Court and make copies and send all info certified mail.

Try to find a pro bono attorney if you have no knowledge of legal issues, these bottom feeders mislead,
lie and try to scare people into setting up false payment plans and bleed you dry. File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission I have and I intend to file a Complaint with the Attorney General's Office, they nailed NCO Financial with a class action suit! Good Luck
